Hey friends.

My second blog of the day, thats pretty impressive if you ask me. But yea, work today was pretty good over all. Everything there seemed to go real well, and I know I am gonig to be getting a pay check sometime soon which will be so nice. I am super excited about it. My first real pay check. How about that.
So tonight was real good, other than some people making out part of the time. But its fair, I might if I was in their position. I am not going to lie. I'd like to think i'd do different but you cant say forsure. Tonight was real fun, we did many things. First we went to future shop to get brooke a new ipod cause hers was being stupid. So that was cool cause she was stoked. I lvoe when people are stoked. Honestly. After that we went to a and w to get some supper. We spent a stupid amount of time trying to figure out where we were going to go but its cool. Within reason I guess. After that we went to Mcnally and look at some magazines, which is fun cause you totally get to see it and read it without buying it. There was some live music there, so thats always nice. I lvoe live music if you havent picked up on that one yet. I ended up buying a really good cd. The cd is called catching tales by a young dude called jamie cullum. It is kind of progressive piano driven jazz. He is from the uk, and its really good. It also came with a dvd. I love music dvds. After that we went and got coffee from star bucks, I tried the new maple machiatto. It was pretty good I am not sure if I really like it yet. I have to ponder that one. We went and then walked the train bridge for a long time... I havent done that one for a while it was good though. We had some good talks. We got back in the truck and wanted to walk some more so we went to the university and walked around. It was nice. but yea. I like jamie cullum.

Heres a thought for the night. So many people pick one genre of music. What I dont get is why just one. That is really a waste of music. There is so much good music out there. I mean I listen to metal and jazz, and folk and indie, and country, and emo. God forbid. But think about it. What good is music if there is no diversity within that. And well on this what are genres? Each band does it's own thing, and if it sounds like another band thats cool. They feed of each others good sounds. Its cool with me. I mean each band has something special, no matter how generic it is. So yea, my challenge to you. Listen to a genre of music you never listen to or you dislike. It will be good for you, just try it for a week. If you need help picking something I can help. But yea. think about it.
